Very laggy, poor customer support

The game itself seems to be getting more and more laggy, resulting in loss of tokens.

The tokens to play are way too expensive, and according to customer support VIP is device specific, so dont expect it to transfer if you get a new phone.

Theres no way to remove anyone off your friend list

The amount of ads is downright obscene.
